Sam and I headed west across the state to Florida's Gulf Coast this weekend. We hadn't seen Margaret, Dad or Nick since July so a family get-together was way overdue! Nick drove over from Miami on Sunday.
We also thoroughly enjoyed spending an afternoon with this little cutie - Margaret's great-grandson Ashtian. He's 10-months-old and the sweetest, most pleasant little guy around.
Pearl wanted desperately to kiss him all over - as well as play with his toys! Those plastic rings are super chew toys!
Zoe just wanted to get all up in his little dimpled face.
This is the spot where Ashtian loves to hang out - on his great-grandmother's lap.
Heather is Ashtian's beautiful, young mom.
Heather and Ashley are very hip and devoted parents to their little guy. We had a fun time hanging out with them on Sunday afternoon and being highly entertained by Ashtian's cooing and giggling and crawling all over the place! Life is good!
